Welcome to DRGN 369. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our membership club and services.
1. Introduction
Welcome to DRGN 369 AI Club & Super Agency ("DRGN 369"). By accessing or participating in our programs, services, or memberships, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services or participate in our programs.
2. Membership and Participation
2.1 Exclusive Membership: DRGN 369 operates as a members-only ecosystem. We reserve the right to accept or decline any membership application at our sole discretion.
2.2 Eligibility: To be eligible for membership or participation in our programs, applicants must meet the criteria set forth by DRGN 369. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee acceptance.
2.3 Membership Fees: All membership fees are non-refundable.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1 Professionalism: Members and participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully in all interactions related to DRGN 369.
3.2 Non-Disparagement: Members and participants agree not to disparage DRGN 369, its partners, members, or affiliates in any manner likely to be harmful to their reputation, including any negative statement, whether written or oral.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to DRGN 369's programs, materials, and services are owned by DRGN 369 or its licensors.
4.2 Use of Materials: Members and participants may use DRGN 369's materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is prohibited.
5. Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention
5.1 Confidentiality: Members and participants may have access to confidential information. They agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from DRGN 369.
5.2 Non-Circumvention: DRGN 369 has a strict No-Tolerance Non-Circumvention Policy. All investments must be routed through DRGN 369 AI Fund or a DRGN related fund or Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). Direct investments between members, participants, and investors introduced through DRGN 369 are prohibited. Any breach of integrity regarding this policy, results in immediate expulsion from the club, which may have reputational consequences.
6. Disclaimers
6.1 Exploratory Nature: While exploring new ways to reinvent businesses in the Quantum Age and the Age of AI, DRGN 369 may present concepts and ideas that are exploratory and not necessarily validated in a fast-changing market.
6.2 No Guarantee of Funding: DRGN 369 does not guarantee that any company participating in the Quantum Accelerator Program will receive funding. Participants benefit from the time, energy, and resources of DRGN 369's partners, but investment is not assured.
6.3 Advisory Role: DRGN 369 Inc. is an advisory and management consulting business, not a broker-dealer. We do not facilitate the closing of security transactions, take commissions on such transactions, or provide investment advice. Investment decisions are made by investors through a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) system.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 No Liability: DRGN 369, its partners, members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our services.
7.2 Indemnification: Members and participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless DRGN 369 from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their actions or omissions.
8. Termination
8.1 Termination by DRGN 369: We reserve the right to terminate any membership or participation for violation of these Terms or any other reason deemed necessary to do so.
8.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all rights and privileges granted under these Terms and our program will cease immediately.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 Amendments: DRGN 369 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members and participants will be notified of significant changes.
9.2 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA.
9.3 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements or understandings between the parties.
By participating in DRGN 369's programs or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
